Finally, sololo.xyz is officially live!
I’m not a professional developer, and it’s been years since I last touched code. So from the moment the idea for this site first came up to now, it’s been quite a journey.
Getting to this point wouldn’t have been possible without the help of **Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT**. By talking through different ideas, asking lots of questions, and trying out various solutions, I gradually got myself reacquainted with many modern frontend and backend technologies. It’s still far from perfect, but at least it now brings some of my core ideas to life. Without the help of AI, this would have taken much longer to build.
Moving forward, I will continue to refine the site’s features. However, my primary focus will shift back to model training, testing, and exploration. I am committed to maintaining a steady flow of high-quality content.
So far, aside from my own time, the financial cost of this site has been almost nothing. Moving forward, I’ll continue to keep costs as low as possible while ensuring it runs smoothly. To save storage space, all images are currently converted to AVIF format. It’s extremely effective at reducing file size, but unfortunately it doesn’t preserve the original PNG metadata, which is a bit of a shame. As a workaround, I’ve pulled out and displayed the key generation parameters alongside each image.
The vast majority of the models I release will remain free and high-quality. For those that are sold, they will be kept at a minimal cost.
**I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has enjoyed my work over the years—especially those who have commissioned models, made a purchase, or supported me via Ko-fi.**
Thank you for being part of this journey, and I look forward to what’s next.
