Basic Workflow: ZIT Collection v1.2

It’s still a simple workflow for the four different ZIT versions.

Main changes in v1.2:

1. All LoRA loaders have been unified to Power LoRA Loader (rgthree).
2. Some parts of the workflow have been simplified.
3. The Nunchaku workflow now supports LoRA.

All of the following workflows have been tested and confirmed working on ComfyUI 0.9.1.
